13. Affordable Villa in Saint-Aygulf

Saint-Aygulf is situated near Fréjus, about halfway between Saint-Tropez and Cannes. There are plenty of wonderful beaches in the area. The closest one is just a 5-minute drive away. Also, golf courses, tennis courts, and local water parks can be found nearby.
14. Villa Saf Saf in Cannes
If exclusive is what you’re after, then you’ll love this stunning seafront villa in Cannes. It’s situated right on the coastline east of Cannes. Watch the sunrise over the Mediterranean and the Lérins islands from the balcony or from one of the seaview bedrooms.
There are 6 bedrooms, each comes with a safe and an ensuite bathroom. The living space open onto a generously-sized seafront terrace. The seasonally heated and secured pool is located just a few steps below. You’ll also enjoy direct access to the sea. Kayaks, paddling boards and snorkel gear are provided. Other family-friendly facilities are a trampoline and a pingpong table.
Note that the access to the villa is a bit inconvenient: Private parking is available across the street. From there, you’ll need to cross the street by means of a pedestrian light that stops the traffic – and climb a flight of steps to reach the villa. You can walk to Cannes or take a short drive to discover the natural beauty of Cap d’Antibes.
15. Villa Dadou in Cassis
One of our favorites in this list of French villas with pools is this wonderful home. The 6 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, offer enough space to sleep 12 guests. The bedrooms give direct access to the outdoor patio. A large living room and fully-equipped bright blue kitchen are located on the 1st floor. This bright open-plan space is wrapped by a generously-sized panoramic balcony. The outdoor seating area is shaded by means of a sail and equipped with a barbecue and a plancha.
The vast manicured olive-tree-dotted garden is a true delight. It features a beautiful swimming pool, a pétanque court, and several sun loungers. The garden overlooks a scenic landscape of vineyards and sea as well as the ochre-colored Cap Canaille.
A 20-minute walk is all it takes to reach the center of Cassis.
